500g Daging / Ayam
Beef / Chicken
40g Bumbu Bubur Pedas, dibuat pes
Bumbu Bubur Pedas DesaBest, make into paste
30ml Kicap pekat
Thick soya sauce
100ml Minyak masak
Cooking oil
50g Bawang merah
Shallots
Dikisar halus
Grind
 
40g Bawang putih
Garlic
 
2btg. Serai
Lemon grass
 
40g Halia
Ginger
 
20g Kismis hitam
Black raisin
 
1. Daging/Ayam dipotong sederhana besar dan perap semalaman dengan bahan-bahan yang dikisar.
Beef/Chicken cut into preferred size and marinate with the grinded ingredients for a night.
2. Panaskan minyak dan masukkan daging/ayam yang sudah diperap, masak hinggga empum.
Heat the oil and add in the marinated beef/chicken, simmer until cooked and tender.
