Goreng tanpa minyak Kacangma dengan api yang perlahan sehingga kekuningan.Tumbuk dan ketepikan.
Dry fry Kacangma herb in a hot pan on low fire until it turns slightly greenish .yellow. Then pound it into fairly fine texture and keep aside.

Tumbuk halia, perah dan ambil jusnya. Goreng tanpa minyak pulp halia dengan api yang perlahan sehingga garing dan ketepikan.
Pound fresh ginger and squeeze out the juice into a separate bowl. Dry fry the ginger pulp over low fire until crispy and keep it aside.

Ayam dibersih dan dipotong sederhana besar.
Cut the chicken into bitable sizes.

Panaskan minyak bijan, masukkan ayam dan goring sehingga separuh masak.
Add 3 tablespoons sesame oil into hot pan and fry the chicken pieces until content is almost dried.

Masukkan pulp dan jus halia
Add ginger pulp and juice to the chicken.

Masukkan Kacangma, gaul rata dan biar sebentar. Kemudian masukkan ayam Kacangma kedalam pengukus dan kukus sehingga masak. Atau tambahkan 300ml air kedalam ayam kacangma dan rendidih sehingga masak.
Add and mix Kacangma herb to the chicken. Transfer the chicken to a pot and steam it until cooked. Or add 300ml of water to the Kacangma chicken and simmer it over low heat until cooked.

Sesuai dihidang panas dengan nasi.
Serve with steamed white rice. |
