Green Pepper Sauce is very unique as it is one of the very few natural
green pepper sauces available in the market. Sarawak Green Pepper
Sauce comes in natural green colour. Young green healthy peppercorns
are picked before they mature, cooked and mixed with other ingedients
to make the sauce taste sweet and yet still maintaining its pure
pepper taste.

Applications
Sarawak Green Pepper Sauce is especially delicious when eaten with
steak or fish to give a piquant peppery flavour. It can be used
as a dipping sauce, marinating sauce, salad sauce and as a unique
flavouring to replace other sauces for stir fry and other methods
